The board of directors of Darlington Football Club would like to announce the signing of Jakub Hymr.

Jakub is a 27 year old forward from the Czech Republic, who is working in the Darlington area. He has been capped at Under 18 and Under 21 level by his country, and his last club was HFK Olomouc in the Czech Republic. He has recently been training with Middlesbrough.

Darlington manager Martin Gray said; “Jakub has trained with us on a couple of occasions, and has looked promising. He’ll be included in the squad for our Trophy game on Saturday against Mossley. We’ll continue to look at him over the next few weeks.”

The club hopes that Jakub has a long and successful stay with us.
