The club has arranged three pre season friendlies in July, one of which will see Quakers travelling to Guiseley, where former manager Dave Penney is now assistant manager. Dave and Martin Gray were the Quakers' managerial team for two seasons between 2006 and 2008.

The three friendlies arranged so far are:

Saturday July 8th: Shildon (away) kick off 3pm

Wednesday July 26th: Gateshead (away) kick off 7.30pm

Saturday July 29th: Guiseley (away) kick off 3pm.

We expect to announce more friendlies in due course.

The new season in the Vanarama National League North commences on Saturday 5th August.
