Darlington have signed goalkeeper Ben Dudzinski from Hartlepool United on a month’s loan.

Manager Martin Gray has moved quickly to sign a temporary replacement for Peter Jameson, who is serving a three game ban for his dismissal at Telford last weekend.

Ben, 21, started his career at Kingstonian in London, before moving to Durham University to study for a sports science degree.

He played for Tow Law, Ashington and Durham City in the Northern League before a successful trial at Hartlepool during the summer.

Ben will be included in the squad for Sunday's FA Buildbase Trophy tie against Marine at Heritage Park.

There will be an interview with Ben on the website later on Friday.

We would like to wish Ben a successful stay with us.
