Darlington manager Martin Gray has dedicated the victory over Gloucester to fan Ryan Wilson.

Ryan tragically passed away following an accident on Faverdale Industrial Estate, just days after he’d attended the game against Nuneaton last Saturday.

“The lads and I would like to dedicate that win to Ryan,” said MG. “We’re sure that he would have loved to have seen us win that game. I would like to pass on my condolences to his family.”

Ryan was a regular fan home and away, and before the game all 1843 people who attended Saturday’s game observed an impeccable minute’s silence in his memory.
