Thirsk Falcons 3 Darlington Under 13s 4

Dfc travelled to Thirsk for the 2nd round of the cup.

DFC kicked off and looked set on controlling the game, with two early corners and flurry of shots, it was only a matter of time before Dfc opened the scoring, with a strike worthy of the premier league from Jaymo on the 23rd minute, Dfc pushed forward but got caught with a sloppy long ball for Thirsk to convert 1-1 at HT,

Second half seen Dfc stepped it up and some great work from Jojo in midfield passed the ball out wide to Harry to fire home to make it 2-1, Dfc then pushed forward and struck the post from Harry, mom Christopher Walters ran the show along side Jojo in the middle, boo & Nathan were solid at the back with Callum & Benji,

Dfc looked to add to the score & did when William Watt fired home to make it 3-1,

Dfc goal keeper made some good saves to keep it at 3-1, William Watt burst in to the box to make it 4-1. Mom Chris Walters never stopped running & Callum should of scored & would of if he was playing rugby,

Thirsk put a bit of pressure on and got 2 goals back to make it 4-3,

Final score 4-3
