Darlington 1883 FC Limited is shareholder-owned with the largest shareholder being Darlington Football Club Supporters Group. The club was formed in 1883 and has over 125 years of history. The club has made three appearances at Wembley, including twice for the Football League play-off finals, and once when we won the FA Trophy in 2011. Under manager Martin Gray, we have won three promotions in the last four years, rising from the Step 5 Northern League to the Step 2 Vanarama National League North.
